Independent review of our clients' compliance with Federal and State program financial and administrative requirements. This review can encompass both the review of the administrative organization's procedures as well as their contractors.  

Development of both indirect and shared direct cost allocation plans to assist in allocating Federal program costs to the various grant programs and cost objectives.

Assistance with day to day management of financial and administrative grant program activities.

Analysis of financial and administrative policies and procedures to assure they meet grant program requirements, and also to insure strong internal controls are maintained within the systems.

Assist with coordination, preparation, onsite assistance and resolution of State and Federal grant monitoring visits. Assist with review of audits, audit findings and corrective action plans to assure adequate and timely resolution of all findings.

Provide development of training materials related to financial and administrative program requirements and conduct onsite training related to these requirements.  Provide guidance throughout the year in relation to these requirements.
